Light Enough for Faces

A creamy, water-based moisturiser that feels lighter than a balm, so it suits faces and anyone who finds a balm too rich.

Short Ingredient List

Water, Tasmanian grass-fed tallow, an olive-derived emulsifier and glycerine, with the full list on every product page.

Scented Naturally

Choose unscented, or one of four essential-oil scents. No synthetic perfumes.

Grass-fed tallow is naturally rich in fats that mirror the structure of your own skin’s oils. Our moisturiser turns that tallow into a rich, creamy everyday cream, made for Australia’s temperamental climate.

Everyday Light enough for faces, rich enough for hands and body.
Short-label A handful of ingredients chosen for function, not marketing.

Moisturiser or balm?

Our moisturiser is a cream: tallow blended with water into a creamy emulsion that feels lighter on the skin, which suits faces and daytime wear.

Our balms are pure fats and oils, with no water. They are richer and more protective, and the better choice for very dry hands, elbows and weather-beaten skin.

Good to know

Can I use tallow moisturiser on my face?

Yes. It is our lightest tallow product, made for faces as well as hands and body.

What scents does it come in?

Unscented, lemon myrtle, vanilla, patchouli & bergamot, and lavender. Scented versions use essential oils, not synthetic perfume.

What is the difference between your moisturiser and your balms?

The moisturiser is a light cream made with water. Our balms contain no water, so they are richer and better suited to very dry skin.

How should I store it?

Keep it below 30°C and out of direct sunlight, with the lid on.
