Tasmanian Delicacies

Small-Batch Producers
Every item comes from a Tasmanian producer we know by name, from the same local network you would find at our Hobart farmer's market stall.

Minimal Processing
Cold-extracted honey, slow-dried pemmican, hand-harvested salt. Each product keeps processing to the minimum needed to preserve flavour and nutrition.

One Standard
From grass-fed pemmican and Leatherwood honey to award-winning curry pastes and sea salt, everything in this range earns its place on the shelf.
This range brings together Tasmania's best small-batch food producers: from grass-fed pemmican and Leatherwood honey to handcrafted curry pastes and hand-harvested sea salt. The same quality standard, the same local sourcing, available year-round.
What our delicacies are (and aren't)
Why pemmican is the original real food snack
Pemmican has sustained explorers and warriors for centuries, long before the protein bar was invented. Made from dried meat and rendered fat, it is one of the most calorie-dense and nutritionally complete whole foods ever created. Our version uses grass-fed Tasmanian beef dried at low temperatures, available in two varieties: beef meat with sea salt, and beef liver with sea salt.
With no sugars, fillers or seed oils, pemmican is as close to real food as a shelf-stable snack gets. High in protein and rich in fat-soluble vitamins from the tallow, it is made from the same Tasmanian cattle we use across our entire range.
