This paste is a magnificent combination of fresh herbs and aromatic, freshly ground whole spices.
With mint, coriander, ginger, garlic, and mulched in some soaked fenugreek seeds.
After adding only freshly ground cloves and cardamom seed we add turmeric, chilli and salt to give it some kick!
Cooked slowly in a blend of olive and sesame oil, this paste will open your senses. 
Enjoy this paste with a wide variety of white meats, seafood or vegetables.

Exquisite curry pastes made with only the finest ingredients. Gluten free. No artificial colours, sugars, flavours or preservatives. Free from milk, eggs and nuts. Excellent natural option for both vegan and vegetarian.

Why pemmican is the original real food snack

Pemmican has sustained explorers and warriors for centuries, long before the protein bar was invented. Made from dried meat and rendered fat, it is one of the most calorie-dense and nutritionally complete whole foods ever created. Our version uses grass-fed Tasmanian beef dried at low temperatures, available in two varieties: beef meat with sea salt, and beef liver with sea salt.

With no sugars, fillers or seed oils, pemmican is as close to real food as a shelf-stable snack gets. High in protein and rich in fat-soluble vitamins from the tallow, it is made from the same Tasmanian cattle we use across our entire range.
