This double gold medal winning paste is all about flavour. A list of ingredients that is long and complex with the end result being a rich and earthy flavour. Suitable to all types of dishes from Dahl and beans through to slow cooked red meats and everything in between.

These are exquisite curry pastes made with only the finest ingredients. Gluten free. No artificial colours, sugars, flavours or preservatives. Free from milk, eggs and nuts. Excellent natural option for both vegan and vegetarian.

Made in Tasmania with local & global ingredients: coriander, cumin, fennel, black mustard, green cardamom, nigella & ajwain seeds, fenugreek seeds & leaves, cassia bark, cloves, bay leaves, curry leaves, turmeric, garlic powder, ginger powder, chilli powder, water, vinegar & olive oil.

Why pemmican is the original real food snack

Pemmican has sustained explorers and warriors for centuries, long before the protein bar was invented. Made from dried meat and rendered fat, it is one of the most calorie-dense and nutritionally complete whole foods ever created. Our version uses grass-fed Tasmanian beef dried at low temperatures, available in two varieties: beef meat with sea salt, and beef liver with sea salt.

With no sugars, fillers or seed oils, pemmican is as close to real food as a shelf-stable snack gets. High in protein and rich in fat-soluble vitamins from the tallow, it is made from the same Tasmanian cattle we use across our entire range.
