In the kitchen, roast potatoes are an all-time favourite in duck fat. Otherwise, similar to our other fats its a perfect substitute for cooking oils when frying & baking with its high smoke point and unbelievable flavour profile!

Approx. 6 months. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Best kept refrigerated after opening to maintain shelf life.
